After the application is completed, an email will be sent to each person over the age of 18 that was added as an "additional applicant". A non-refundable fee of $50 will be paid directly to the screening company and cover the cost of processing your application including: the credit and background check, rental history, and income verification.
The security deposit is equal to one month's rent. A $500 partial deposit will hold the apartment until move-in. The security deposit is fully refundable less any cleaning, damages, rent due, or other applicable items stated in the lease at move-out.
$300 deposit per apartment. $150 is a non-refundable pet fee and $150 is a pet deposit fully refundable less any damage to the apartment caused by the pet. There will be a pet fee of $10 a month per pet. Limit 3 pets per apartment. Np breed restrictions. Pet liability insurance is required on all pets.

Prior to move-in, you must provide the Declaration Page showing: Minimum of $500,000 liability coverage; Policy equal to or greater than the term of the lease; The property and address added as additional insured (to notify landlord, in case policy is terminated)
Pet Liability Insurance must be provided on all pets prior to move-in. If included in your renters insurance, provide a Declaration Page stating so.
